COMPETITION SQUADS

 

DEVELOPMENT TRAINING GROUP

This group is for 5 - 8 year olds being selected straight from our Stars and General groups. At this level we introduce fundamental skills, shaping and conditioning for all aspects of gymnastics, as well as teaching confidence and focus, guiding these young gymnasts towards Spitfire's competitive squads.

COMPETITIVE TRAINING SQUAD

Gymnasts showing signs of promise and dedication will be offered a trial for position in one of our competition squads, where they will receive extra training sessions and the opportunity to compete at various county, regional and national competitions and festival events across the country. These events will range in discipline, from Artistic, TeamGym, Tumbling, Trampoline.
