TEAMGYM

TeamGym takes apparatus from other disciplines of gymnastics and adds a team element, to create an exciting, powerful and dynamic show. It is unique in that you can train and perform alongside your fellow gymnasts.  TeamGym competitions demonstrate gymnastic skills in three different disciplines, Floor, Trampette and Tumbling. All 3 require effective team work, excellent technique in the elements and spectacular acrobatic elements. 

 

TeamGym Squad members are selected from Spitfires general groups, a trial for a position in the TeamGym Squad can be arranged on request.
